Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting activities.
Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with leadership to align financial and HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead HR efforts including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
Support organizational development and culture initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with exposure to HR functions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in trading, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environments.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
